Reviews and Ratings
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had great facilities, like a large bed and perfect ensuite. They were very big, sunny, and well-organized. However, some aspects could be improved. The service was outstandingly helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, right near the beach, although there was a minor discrepancy in the distance advertised. The dining experience was wonderful, with a wide selection of delicious dishes. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay.
The hotel has a great location, very close to beaches and with easy access to a bus route into the city center. The rooms were quite dated and could benefit from some improvements, like soundproofing and fixing the patio doors. The service was a bit unwelcoming and unaccommodating, but the fantastic beach access made up for it. The dining experience had some highs like the Nespresso coffee choice but lacked fresh vegetables. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but it lacked some maintenance like a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The piano bar was a strange place with an unclear style. The service was outstandingly helpful and friendly, although certain amenities like an espresso machine for €1 in the lobby were not ideal. The location, while not as close to the beach as advertised, was fantastic with easy access to the beach and a supermarket nearby. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming given the cost of the room, especially with the breakfast options. Overall, the facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
Staying at the hotel felt like having a large apartment with a spacious room layout including a sofa, armchairs, dining table, and 2 large TVs. However, the service encountered during the dinner was very disappointing, with rude behavior from the staff. The location was quiet with limited dining options nearby, but advantageous for access to the beach and the football stadium. The dining experience offered a wonderful selection, especially the choice of Nespresso coffee and natural orange juice.
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were a perfect size and well-equipped, but being in the basement with no natural light made it a bit gloomy. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome, affecting my sleep. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located near the superb beaches of the city.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and comfortable for me and my 2 young children, allowing me the space to not have to go to bed when they do. They were massive, but very nice, with a lovely bathroom, and absolutely huge. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, with the staff going out of their way to assist me. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the beach and close to bus stations. The dining experience was not terribly good, especially considering the price. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
On the day we arrived at night, the rooms were closed, reminding me of Soviet hotels, but they were very clean and huge, with a living room, separate room, and bathroom. The hotel is a great choice for a stay near a beautiful beach and a fabulous pub/restaurant called the Cormorant. The staff, while efficient, were not particularly friendly. They did inform us that the sightseeing bus tour was not currently operating, only during the summer.
The hotel room was more spacious than similar hotels, great for families, but noise from adjacent rooms affected our sleep. The service was good overall, with the need for some improvements in public areas. The location was excellent, close to the beach and football stadium. The dining experience lacked fresh vegetables and was not worth the cost. The facilities were adequate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The junior suite, although spacious for my family of 4, had a stale smoke smell even though it was meant to be non-smoking. On the bright side, the room was spotless, and the bar staff was excellent. The service varied from being exceptionally friendly and hospitable in some areas to rude and unaccommodating in others. The location was convenient, easy to find, close to beaches with bus routes into the city, but with limited dining options nearby. The dining experience was OK but quite limited. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
The hotel is ideally located next to the football stadium and near the Sardinero beach, making it a great spot for exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but could benefit from soundproofing. The service was warm and welcoming, though waiting times need improvement. The dining experience left much to be desired due to crowded breakfast areas. However, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
